In-Home Strategy Consultation
An in-person initial consultation is required before beginning home organization services. This one-hour session allows us to:
Assess your space and daily routines
Discuss goals and pain points
Identify priority areas and decluttering needs
Create a tailored plan for a calm, functional system that fits your family’s schedule and maintenance capacity
Fee and booking
$75 one-time fee due at time of booking
Fee is nonrefundable if cancelled within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Half-Day Organizing Session
Includes decluttering and organizing one single space, typically completed in a single 4-hour session. Ideal for a focused, efficient refresh that delivers immediate calm and functionality.
Perfect for:
Seasonal rotations (swap and store seasonal clothing, décor, and gear)
Kids’ spaces (toys, school supplies, dressers and play areas)
Holiday prep or breakdown (decor organization, wrapping stations, post-holiday tidy)
Fee and booking: $300.00
$150.00 is due at the time of booking to hold your appointment. $150.00 will be due at the end of the finished session.

Full-Day Organizing Session
Includes decluttering and organizing a larger space or multiple connected areas, typically completed in 6 or 7 hours. Ideal for spaces that need more time, attention, and a comprehensive reset to create lasting functionality.
Perfect for:
Primary Closets and large wardrobe spaces.
Kitchens and pantries
Large Playrooms, storage areas, or high traffic areas.
Moving in, settling in, or creating systems throughout your home.
Fee and booking: $450.00
$225.00 is due at the time of booking to hold your appointment. $225.00 will be due at the end of your finished session.

Multi-Day Organizing Sessions
For larger projects that require more time, multiple spaces, or a whole-home approach. Multi-day sessions allow us to work through your home at a comfortable pace while creating cohesive systems that are functional, sustainable, and tailored to your family’s everyday lives.

Whole-home organizing projects
Moving-in and getting fully settled
Major decluttering and home resets
Large projects require major sorting for donations, garbage, organizing, and detailed work
Multiple rooms or large areas throughout the home.
Homes preparing for a move or sale
Fee and booking: To be discussed during consultation.
Half of payment is due at the time of booking to hold your appointment. The remaining balance will be due at the end of the last session.
The “Independent Kid” Chore System
This focuses heavily on getting capable kids to take ownership of daily tasks.
What it includes:
Auditing the current household chores and age gaps of the kids.
Designing a custom, visual chore roadmap tailored to your children’s ages and a rewarding point system.
Setting up a physical or digital station where kids track their own responsibiliteis.
A kickoff family meeting to get the kiddos excited about their new “jobs”.
Estimated time to Implement: Typically, 6-8 hours
Price: $450
The “Total Family Sync” System
This service incorporates chores, routines, school calendars, sports, music lessons, and overall digital tracking into a unified family ecosystem.
What it includes:
Deep dive into all fragmented family schedules (work calendars, school portals, extracurriculars, homework).
Hardware/Software integration: Streamlining their smart family dashboards (like setting up and customizing Skylight or Hearth digital calendars).
Building optimized morning, after-school, and evening routines into the system.
Incorporating the chore system from the “Independent Kid” seamlessly into the digital display so everything lives under one roof.
Digital training for parents, nannies, or house cleaners, so the system actually stays updated.
Estimated Time to Implement: Typically, within, 12-24 hours. Meetings and trainings can be scheduled a second day.
Price: $750-950
The “School Year Reset” Annual Plan
Digital systems are incredible, but families grow, sports seasons change, and every August brings a completely new schedule. Don’t let your hard work go to waste when the next school year hits.
When you add the Annual Reset Plan to your setup, you lock in a seamless transition for the upcoming year.
What’s included:
The August Transition Audit: Before the new school year kicks off, we will jump back on a hybrid session to map out your new calendars, updated bus/school times, and fresh extracurriculars.
Chore Chart Graduation: As your kids grow (turning a year older means they are ready for new responsibilities!), we will update their daily routines and chore milestones to match their ages.
Device & Link Refresh: We’ll audit your smart display syncs, clear out old digital clutter, and make sure your nanny or cleaner profiles are ready for the fall.
Price: $200/year (Exclusively available to clients who have completed a Total Family Sync package)
SPECIFICS FOR ORGANIZING SERVICES:
Light Cleaning: after decluttering, a quick wipe down, dusting, sweeping or vacuuming for a full reset of your space so you can breathe again and feel back in control.
Donations are donated to local churches, schools, foster families and/or Salvation Army.
Practical, realistic systems tailored to neurodiverse needs.
Hands-on support or step-by-step coaching you can actually follow.
Solutions that respect sensory differences, executive function challenges, and family rhythms.
